Bad Idea?

I remember these as a kid, and I've just been reminded of them now through Beatrice, but what about those markers they sell that smell like something? I'm not sure, for many reasons, this is a good idea - can you imagine the folks at Crayola sitting around the table talking about what a great selling point it would be if we could get kids started early smelling markers - what's next, spray paint that smells like watermelon?
